What reports and dashboards are available in schoox?

Schoox Reporting offers a lot of reports for a manager to either download or have a quick overview using various dashboards.

Reports and Dashboards cover the whole spectrum of training in Schoox.

  1. Basic Reports: There are predefined reports for Courses, Curricula, Events, Exams, etc.
  2. Schedule Reports: Almost all reports can be scheduled and delivered to your inbox.
  3. Employees Dashboard: The quickest way to get a report is the employee’s dashboard. Managers can have a quick view and even decide to generate an excel file with all the stats appearing on the screen.
  4. Compliance Dashboard: The compliance dashboard offers a quick look to compliance courses within schoox. There are various points of view all presented in different tabs.
  5. Credits Dashboard: The credits dashboard present relevant information for all credit types in schoox and presents completions per job type.

1. Basic Reporting

Prerequisite: In order for most reports to work, an above unit or a unit must be selected.

There are predefined reports that can be downloaded that include the following:

  • Curricula Report
  • Course Report
  • In-Class Training Report
  • Live Sessions Report
  • Enrollments Report
  • Exams Report
  • Course and Curricula Count Report
  • Duration Report
  • Due Date Report
  • Exception Report
  • Members Report
  • Credits Report
  • Compare Training Report
  • Manual Assessments Report

2. Scheduled Reports

Users can select the reports that want to be sent to their email periodically. The user selects the Units, the type of the report and the occurrence that the report will be sent over. The avaiable reports for schedules are the following:

  • Curricula Report by Employee: This report shows the status of each employee for the units selected on a particular curriculum. Allows the user to choose a specific curriculum.
  • All Curricula Report by Employee: This report shows the status of each employee for the units selected on all curricula.
  • Courses Report by Employee: This report shows the status of each employee for the units selected on a particular course. Allows the user to choose a specific course.
  • All Courses Report by Employee: This report shows the status of each employee for the units selected on all courses.
  • All Enrollments by User: This report shows all course enrollments of a user selected.
  • Course Counts: This report shows all course enrollments and completions. Allows the user to select from the types: Full Report, per User, per Unit, per Group.
  • Curricula Counts: This report shows all curricula enrollments and completion. Allows the user to select from the types: Full Report, per User, per Unit.
  • Duration Report: This report shows breakdown of how much time each employee of the selected units spent on training for a certain month
  • Due Date Report: This report shows the employees of the selected units that missed their due date to completed a course or curriculum
  • Exception Report: This report show all users of the units selected that have not completed required courses.
  • Courses Compare: This report shows the completion rates of the units selected for each course, curriculum or exam.
  • Curricula Compare: This report shows the completion rates of the units selected for each curriculum.
  • Exam Compare: This report shows the completion rates of the units selected for each exam.

3. Employees Dashboard

The quickest way to get a report is the employee’s dashboard. Managers can have a quick view and even decide to generate an excel file with all the stats appearing on the screen.

  • Job Training
  • Curricula
  • Exams
  • Compare
  • Events
  • Careers

4. Compliance Dashboard

The compliance dashboard offers a quick look to compliance courses within schoox. There are various points of view all presented in different tabs.

 

 

5. Credits Dashboard

You can specify types of credits, and associate them with a course, or a job, in a way that someone would know that an amount of specific course credits should be acquired within a period of 6 months or a year. Credit Types work as specialization titles, reflecting the level of knowledge of the employees and the focus of their training.

The number of credits earned can be tracked by the Credits Dashboard.
