Academy administrators can monitor actions taken place within their academy by all academy members by simply navigating to Admin tab and then to Academy settings and selecting the Academy Audits option under the Your Academy tab.
You can specify and view all audits for a desired time-period or focus on specific academy labels and actions associated with each label. Furthermore you can focus on all audits for a certain actor Id.
All Actor or User ID's displayed are Schoox ID's.
You can find actions associated with the following labels:
- Academy
- Course
- Curriculum
- Library
- User
For example for the academy label you can view who made changes to the academy settings. When it comes to courses you can view when and by whom a course was marked as completed by admin. Who created/deleted an auto-assignment rule etc.
