You as an Admin, have the option to show an Introduction video to your Αcademy Αdmins, Managers, and/ or Members. You can even set a different video for each of these groups!
For your Academy Admins and Managers, you have the option to add a video link from Youtube or Vimeo. For your Academy Members, you can either add a video link or add a video from your Content Library! Let's check how!
First, you need to enable the Intro video for your preferred group of users. To do so, head to the Advanced Academy Settings and open the Members Settings section. Under Academy Introduction Video you will find three options:
- Show video for Academy Admins
- Show video for Academy Managers
- Show video for Academy Members
When enabling any of these three options, you have the option to add a video link from Youtube or Vimeo.
Then you can select if you want these videos to be displayed when a user logs in on the web and/or on the mobile app, by checking the relevant checkboxes!
For Academy Members specifically, you can also select a Content Library Video as an Intro Video. To do so, select Content from your upper navigation menu, find the desired MP4 video, click on More, and click Set as intro video for Members.
Once the video has been set, the title will be displayed at the Advanced Academy Settings page under the Members Intro Video section along with a remove icon, in case you want to remove it.
