A block, under the name Promoted Content, can be added to the academy’s home page for every user. Up to 5 content items (that have been marked as promoted) can be shown on every user’s home page. As soon as the block has been added you can choose which content items should be listed as promoted items. From the admin panel select Online Training and then Library Items Listing. All content items will be displayed and you can select the ones you want to be promoted.
Select the items that you want to be promoted and add define the priority if needed. The highest the priority, the highest position it will be displayed on the Library listing, Promoted items & Homepage gadget.
Don't forget to click on the Save changes button at the bottom of the page, once finished! Up to five content items can be shown on every user’s home page.
Please note: Library category visibility rules outweigh promoted content items setup. For example, an item set as a promoted item, part of a category not visible to all employees, won't populate at the promoted content block for an employee.
