How to notify users for an event?

You have the option to notify the registrants of your upcoming event by using either Individual Notification or Advanced Notifications. To do so, navigate to your Administration panel, and under Live Sessions/In-Class Training select Manage Events.

Find the event in question, click on the Manage Event option, and then select Notify Users.

You have the option to notify specific individuals (Individual Notification) or you can select a group of employees based on their job and location (Advanced Notification).

Please note that in case of Advanced Notification you have the option to select if you want to notify all of the registrants or just the Pending Registrants.

After the user-selection, add a message and an attachment (if needed) and hit Notify.
