Anniversary Reviews are a person-centric Performance Review method. They are primarily associated with a person, and they recur based on the date the person was hired by the organization. The expectation is that regardless of where the individual is within the organization and what job/role they hold, their Performance Review will take place on the anniversary of the Hire Date.
Creating an Anniversary Review profile is similar to creating a regular Performance Review profile.
Please read the instructions in How to create a Performance Review Profile? to have a thorough understanding of regular Performance Review Profiles.
To create a new Anniversary profile select the Performance Profiles from your Administration panel and then click on the Create New Review Profile button.
Set the Basic Information settings according to your needs, add the Title of your profile and select the Type of your review. Select whether you would like Reviewees to have access to their review once it has been finalized.
In the Review's cycle section, set YES to the Periodic Reviews based on Hiring Date toggle button. By enabling this option you will find the Anniversary option available in the Period drop-down menu. Select Anniversary.
Fill in the Include users since field with a hiring date that suits your needs. The review will take into account the users who have this date and then their hiring date. Furthermore, you have the option to select if the system will create the reviews in case the anniversary already passed within the fiscal year. To enable this option just select the following checkbox.
Additionally, you have the ability to choose the number of months for the Review period. Select from the drop-down menu 1, 2, or 3 months to determine how many months before the anniversary the review will open.
Following, the same steps for the rest of the settings as in a regular Performance Review profile creation you can build an Anniversary review according to your needs.
Tips!
You can configure the profile to exclude managerial jobs. By that, Reviewees connected with both custom and managerial jobs will receive one review, only for their custom job.
To achieve this, in the Select Reviewers/Reviewees section select the All Non Managerial jobs option.
You have the option to save the profile as a draft version of the Anniversary Review Profile you are creating, allowing you to configure the profile over time before launching it. Simply, select the Save as Draft option on the bottom.
