Can I update my billing information?

Of course! To update your billing information, head over to the Academy you purchased the course in, or in your "my Schoox" environment, hover over Me, and select Personal Settings. On the left panel, click on Financials and select Your Purchases.

On this page, you are able to review all the purchases you have made in the specific Academy. You can cancel any active subscriptions, download previous invoices, and update the billing information for your active subscriptions!

To update the billing information for an active subscription, find the subscription in question and click on Update Billing Information.

A box will open where you will be able to add the new billing information. Fill in the needed details, and don't forget to click Save when finished!
