Event bundles are the best way to handle groupings of events covering the same topic.
Previously, admins and Schoox roles with the permission to create an event, were able to see all event offers on the Manage Events view.
Now only the master event is visible. Navigate to your Manage events panel, by selecting In-class Training and Manage Events from the left side menu.
All events’ offers can be seen by clicking on the drop-down for active offers carrot.
Additionally, if Manage Offers is selected under Manage Event all available offers can be seen in a list.
Adding new offers has changed as well. Now, by selecting the Add new offers option on the Manage events page you can easily add the new offers by checking the existing rules as well.
Note: When adding new offers, the option for creation will match the option selected in the Repeat Event section. These are defined below.
Every Day/Week/Month/Year - The event is repeated every Day/Week/Month/Year until a specific date is reached or until a set number of offers has been specified.
Custom Repetition Rules - With this option, you can add some granularity to how the events are laid out utilizing the Frequency selection.
- Daily - Every x number of days, a new offer will be created until a specific date is reached or until after a set number of offers has been specified..
- Weekly - Every x number of weeks, a new offer can be created on one specific day of the week, or multiple until a specific date is reached or until after a set number of offers has been specified..
- Monthly - Every x number of months, on specific days of each month or on the first/second/third...Last Sunday - Saturday of the month until a specific date is reached or until after a set number of offers has been specified.
- Yearly - Every x number of years, in a specific month or months, on the first/second/third...Last Sunday - Saturday of the month(s) until a specific date is reached or until after a set number of offers has been specified.
Finally, the available event bundles are delivered to all users by only seeing the master event of event bundles and the event duration taking into account all available offers. By clicking on an available master event, a user is able to check and choose among all of an event’s offers.
