Managing Your Academy's Compliance Curricula

The specifics of compliance differ from academy to academy. However, in Schoox you can mark curricula as Compliance Curricula, and then track compliance in your academy.

You can easily label a curriculum as a compliance curriculum while creating it, by simply selecting Yes under Compliance Curriculum.

This can be easily done after the creation of a curriculum as well.
To mark a curriculum as a compliance curriculum, navigate through the following steps:

1. Go to the curricula panel, by selecting Training and then Curricula from the upper navigation bar. Then click on “Manage curriculum” under the desired curriculum.

4. Optionally, you can add the curriculum to a separate, Compliance Training category, as well, to further distinguish it.

 5. For your compliance curricula you can select whether you want them to award a certificate or not.

If your curriculum is set up to award a certificate, then all users who have an active certificate will be considered compliant. If your curriculum is set up to not award a certificate, then all users who have an active completion (100% progress) will be considered compliant.

How to use the Compliance Dashboard

Compliance curricula have their own dashboard. This dashboard's functionality isn’t much different in use from the Employee Dashboard, however, there are some unique features that will help you manage these curricula efficiently.

Click on Admin/Manage and then Reporting in the upper navigation bar. After that, select Compliance Dashboard from the left side menu. At the top of the page, you have the option to check the Compliance dashboard either by Training or by Employee, simply by selecting the relevant tab. Once you select the desired type of Dashboard, click on the Compliance by Curriculum option, to review the stats of your Compliance Curricula.

At the top of this page, you can see the compliance score of your academy as well as the last time that the stats were updated. In order to refresh the stats, just click on the relevant field, as shown in the image below:

  1. Compliance Curricula: the total number of compliance curricula in your academy
  2. Total Employees: the number of employees enrolled in the compliance curricula of your academy
  3. Compliant: the number of employees that are considered compliant in all the compliance curricula
  4. Non - compliant: the number of employees who are not considered compliant, as mentioned above

You can limit this information for a particular Curriculum by clicking on the curriculum you want to check. Here, all numbers reflect the employees enrolled in the specific curriculum. To find the curriculum you need just use the search bar or filter by category:

Here, all numbers reflect the employees enrolled in the specific curriculum. Therefore, Total Employees indicates the total number of employees enrolled in the curriculum, Compliant the number of those who have 100% progress in this curriculum or an active certificate, and so on.
