Error: Unable to launch your course

Case:

Opening the Scorm file the assignee receives the message:

“We were unable to launch your course. Please try again, or contact your system administrator to resolve the issue. Error reference: 4eb376fc-ef6d-41b8-a283-9c56390e03b2“

Additionally, when trying to download it we get this message:

Answer:

Try reuploading the scorm file.

Note: Make sure to check to Course Configurator before updating the Scorm file, as this may affect the progress of those who have already completed the lecture:
