In Schoox, you can find all of the training that you are currently enrolled in or that have been assigned to you under one place: the My Training page. The My Training page includes all of the Courses, Curricula, Events, and On the Job Trainings that you are currently assigned within your Academy.
To find the My Training page, hover over Training and then click My Training. You will see four tabs:
- My Courses
- My Curricula
- My Events
- My On the Job Training
Selecting either of these tabs will bring up the respective training pages with all the items you are currently enrolled in or registered in. You can then use the filters, and search bar to find the item you are interested in.
Moreover, on the right side of the screen, you have the option to filter the training by Category. Specifically for Courses, you will also be able to filter by connected Metrics as well, if your Admin has connected your Courses to any Metrics in your Academy.
Please note that the categories and metrics available to you will only be the ones associated with the training/courses you are enrolled in.
My Courses
Under the My Courses tab, you will find all courses that you are currently enrolled in. These are the courses that you have personally enrolled in or were assigned to by your managers.
The courses that have been assigned to you will be marked as ‘Required’. If there is a Due Date for a course, it will appear right after the course description.
Under each Course item, you will also be able to see any tags the relevant Course has, and any Curricula that this Course is part of and that are available to you.
My Curricula
Under the My Curricula tab, you will find all curricula that you are currently enrolled in. These are the curricula that you have personally enrolled in or were assigned to by your managers.
If there is a Due Date for a curriculum, it will appear right after the curriculum description.
Under each curriculum item, you will also be able to see any tags this curriculum has.
My Events
Under the My Events tab, you will find all events that you are currently registered in. These are the events that you have personally registered for or were registered to you by your managers. Here you can also filter by the calendar to locate the events you are interested in.
The Event Start Date for each event is displayed on the right, and you can also see other information such as the location, instructor, and seats available.
My On the Job Training
Under the My On the Job Training tab, you will find all Standalone or Course-Connected On the Job Trainings that you are currently enrolled in.
For each On the Job Training, you can see information such as the total number of tasks needed to complete the training, your progress, and the connected course (for course-connected courses).
External Courses
In general, any courses you purchase for yourself from the Schoox Marketplace will appear under your Personal Courses page (My Schoox-> Learn-> Personal Courses). However, you can also add courses as a new tab on the My Training page.
