Creating Courses to train Co-Workers or Customers

All Admins can create Courses and assign Courses to specific users.

By default, only Admins and Training Managers can create Courses, but the Admin can also give authorization to other employees, if needed.

To create a Course, select Training on your Academy navigation bar and then Courses

If you are an Admin, or have been given authorization to create a Course, you will then be able to select the Create Course icon.


You will then see the following windows:



Please note: you can also also create a course by selecting Tools and selecting Create Course.
