There is now an option for Admins and Training managers to add a note or comment within the Course, Curricula, Event, OJT, and Exam Management pages. This note is only visible for users who are able to edit of create training in the Academy, and can be added as a field in the Report Builder by these users - the notes are not visible to end users.
This can help keep track of training notes and communicate with other administrators/training managers.
The notes can be added and changed when on the training management page, by selecting the Edit [Training] button. It will be at the bottom of the page.
The notes can be tracked in the Administrative Notes Report in the Report Builder.
