Enabling terms of use, or terms and conditions, in your academy ensures academy members can only enter the academy initially after agreeing to them.
This update adds the option to have multiple versions of the terms in the various languages used within your academy. There is a default version that will be shown unless the member selects another language from the list that appears upon login.
Setup
English is the default and required language for the terms and conditions within each academy. If the user's preferred language is one not offered, the terms will be displayed in the default English.
First determine if the terms and conditions in general should apply to all members or only a subsection.
Prepare the English version of the terms.
Then add any other languages your academy needs below.
Activate the terms when ready, and save.
Note that members who are logging in for the first time will not have had the opportunity to select their preferred language. This will need to have been done for them in order to utilize this feature.
