Goal Sections in Performance Reviews

This update allows for multiple sections to be added to goals in performance reviews and base them on different filters. Each section would have its own section weight for the overall performance review. Goal sections can be added to both profiles and templates.

A) Enable goals in the profile or template.

B) Rename the goal section to better describe it.

C) All of the review sections must add up to 100%. The total will show at the bottom.

D) By progress allows for you to filter goals at different levels of completion.

E) By due date filters goals by when they should be completed.

F) By type allows you to choose between Organizational, Individual, or Personal goals.

G) By pillar filters the goals by the pillars that have been set up in the academy.

H) Add as many goal sections as are needed.

NOTE: Filters can be used as needed for each goal section.
