Administrators are able to log in as other members of the academy, in a limited capacity, in order to troubleshoot or otherwise see their view of the academy directly.
This feature adds a banner at the top of the page to more clearly communicate that the admin is logged in by proxy as another academy member.
The banner also provides an easy way to log back in as the original admin.
