As an Admin, under the Leaderboards tab, in the Notifications page, you will be able to find the notifications relevant to the Leaderboard functionality.
Please note that the following notifications are only in-app notifications and not emails. Also, these notifications cannot be previewed. Moreover, you can filter the users based on job and location and send the notifications to specific recipients only.
