When planning and organizing training content, you may want to include an On-the-Job Training (OJT) activity inside a course bundle. So, can stand-alone OJTs be added to a course?
The good news is that you can easily include any stand-alone OJT by copying it into a course of your choice.
How to Add a Stand-Alone OJT to a Course
To include a stand-alone OJT in a course, simply connect it to a course by following the steps below:
Navigate to Training > On-the-Job Training
From the upper navigation panel, go to the On-the-Job Training page.Locate the stand-alone OJT
Find the OJT you want to use. To make this easier, use the Type column filter and select Stand-alone.Open the management options
Select Manage next to the OJT.Copy the OJT into a course
In the OJT panel, select Copy to course.Choose the destination course
Select the course where you want the OJT to be added, then choose Copy.Confirm your action
A pop-up window will appear. Confirm the copy action.Receive confirmation
You’ll see an in-app notification in the top-right corner confirming that the OJT was successfully copied.
Please note that the task instructions will not get copied to the course On the Job Training.
