Overview
You may find that a trainer can access a course-connected On-the-Job Training (OJT) but only sees some of the expected learners in the sign-off list.
This behavior is typically related to how learner visibility is determined within the trainer's assigned organizational scope.
Why This Happens
For a trainer to view learners in a course-connected OJT:
- The trainer must have the appropriate OJT permissions.
- The learner must fall within the trainer's assigned organizational hierarchy (such as Brand, Above Unit, or Unit).
If a learner belongs to a different organizational area than the trainer's assigned scope, that learner will not appear in the OJT sign-off list.
