This release improves the communication around On-the-Job Trainings, providing a new in-app notification, in addition to the existing email, to let instructors know when learners are ready to begin the OJT.
This specific release does not include the mobile push notification; this only pertains to desktop functionality.
Setting Up the Notification
The A learner is ready to start their on-the-job training notification is found in the Admin Tab > Notifications > Academy > On-the-Job Training.
This notification lets the recipient know that the OJT has been assigned to the learner, and is ready to proceed with the OJT.
The email and real-time notification can be edited, the email can be previewed, and those who receive the notification can be adjusted.
Receiving the Notification
When triggered, the email and/or the in-app notification will be sent to the appropriate individual.
They can then either select the in-app notification or the link in the email to take them to the appropriate OJT.
