Understanding the Performance Review Distribution Widget

Your Analytics page includes a Development overview, which contains a Performance Review Distribution section showing how your academy's completed performance reviews are distributed across three score ranges.

How the Performance Review Distribution Is Calculated

Each completed performance review's overall score is converted to a percentage and placed into one of three ranges: below average (0–33%), average (34–66%), and above average (67–100%).

Draft reviews, and reviews without a final overall score, aren't counted toward this distribution — only completed reviews with a numeric score are included.

Hiding the Performance Review Distribution

There's currently no setting that hides only the Performance Review Distribution section on its own. The only way to remove it from the Development overview is to disable the Development/Talent features for your academy entirely, which also removes any other Development-related analytics along with it.

If your academy doesn't use a review rating scale, the distribution still displays a count for any completed reviews that do have a final score — there's no option today to automatically show a dash in place of a count when a rating scale isn't in use.
