If you are an Admin, you can get to the Performance Reviews options by navigating to the Administration Panel and selecting Performance Reviews.
Admins can set up the basic Performance Areas for their business. For example, "Productivity" or "Communication skills" could be a couple of possible Performance Areas. Please note that this option (setting up areas) is not available for users with non-admin rights.
In order to add a new Area or edit an existing one, select Performance Areas from the left side menu.
You can add a new Area, simply by typing its title and clicking Add.
Click on the Edit icon to add a short description of your Area, if needed.
In case you have selected to have custom rating scale under your Advanced Academy Settings, an extra block will appear here, related to the custom ratings used for this Area:
If you enable this option and after saving your changes, when you will add this Area to one of your profiles, the Custom Ratings will follow the ratings defined here!
Once all of the Areas have been defined, you and your employees can start creating Performance Reviews Profiles!
