Archiving Performance Metrics

In Schoox it is easy for you, an Academy Admin, to archive Performance Metrics from your Academy! To do so, head to the Administration Panel, click on Performance Metrics from the menu and then select Manage Metrics.

Under Manage Metrics you can manage your metrics, including archiving them. To archive a metric, simply click the Archive button on the right of the metric. Once you do so, the Metric will be moved to the Archived Metrics tab. 

What happens when a Metric is Archived

  • Once a Metric is archived, it is removed from all the Metrics pages including the "Assessments: By Users" and "Assessments: by Metrics & Jobs" pages.
  • If a job is connected to this metric, then once the metric is archived, the users' score in this job will be adjusted without this metric's scores included. 
  • If there are ongoing assessments when the metric is archived, the metric will not be removed from these assessments.
  • If there are future assessments that include this metric, the metric will be removed from these assessments. 

Archived Metrics Tab 

On the Archived Metrics tab, you will see all the Metrics you have archived, along with the date you archived them. Here you can select to either restore the Metric by clicking the Restore icon or delete it completely by clicking the Delete icon. 

If you restore the Metric, it will become active again and show on all metrics pages. Moreover, the scores will be adjusted for users that have previously had scores on this metric. 

Important: If you Delete a Metric you will not be able to restore it and the Assessments that had taken place for this metric will be deleted completely. The users' scores will remain as they were after the metric was archived. If this metric was involved in a request assessment, it will be completely removed from the request.
