Unregistering Users from an Event

Schoox supports events that users may register and attend. You are able to see the procedure of registering users in an event here: How to register users to an event?

But how can you unregister them from an event?

In order to unregister users from your event, navigate to your Administration panel, and under Live Sessions/In-Class Trainings select Manage Events.

Find the event in question, click on the Manage Event option, and then select Unregister Users.

You have the option to unregister specific individuals (Individual Unregistration) or you can select a group of employees based on their job and location (Advanced Unregistration).

After the user selection just hit Unregister.

Notes:

  • When a user is deactivated, they are automatically unregistered from any upcoming events where they have not yet been marked as attended. The seats released by this action become available for other registrants. If the user is later reactivated, they will not be automatically re-enrolled in those events.
  • Admins, Training Managers, and users with the Register Members to Events permission can unregister users while an event is in progress.
  • When unregistering users from an event from the Advanced Unregistration page using an Organizational Template, the user performing the unregistration may also be included in the unregistration results, provided they match the selected template criteria.
