Image Size Requirements in Schoox

In Schoox you have the option to add an image when creating a Lecture, a Cover image, or adding Content in Library.

Following you can see the requirements, such as size and resolution of the image when adding this in each case.

• Lecture Thumbnail:
  The image used as a Lecture's thumbnail can be added when creating or editing a Lecture.
  • The recommended aspect ratio is 16:9 (e.g. 1280px * 720px, 1920px * 1080px, or 1600px * 900px). 
  • Keep the main subject of the image centered and away from the edges — the Lecture thumbnail container may crop images that don't match the recommended ratio. 

• Library items:
  The image for library items is the one that shows next to each item. They can be added through the library, by clicking on Image for the select item.

  • The displayed thumbnail resolution is 320px * 190px

  • The uploaded file max size is 6,4GB

• Logo:
  Your Academy Logo is the logo used for your Academy and can be edited under Admin -> Your Academy -> Edit Academy.

  • The displayed logo resolution is 140px * 140px

  • The uploaded file max size is 4MB

  • The minimum resolution is 175px * 175px

  • The maximum resolution is 2560px * 2560px

  • Suggested image resolution 300px * 300px

• Cover Image:
  The Cover Image shows on top of your academy and be added under Admin -> Your Academy -> Edit Academy.

  • The cover’s resolution is converted to 1920px*360px

  • The uploaded file max size is 4MB

  • The minimum resolution is 170px * 170px

  • The maximum resolution is 2560px * 2560px

  • Suggested image resolution 1920px * 360px

• Login Screen Background:
  The Login Screen Background is what shows when a user logs into the academy. This can be edited under Admin -> Your Academy -> Academy Login Page.

  • The maximum resolution is 3000px * 3000px
