Setting Up Virtual Event Integrations

Υou have the option to connect either your academy or your personal profile with the WebEx, GoToTraining, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams account.

Connection at an Academy Level

The integration will be available to all Admins, TMs, and Managers who can initiate Virtual Events.

Depending on the client that you are using, please check one of the following articles:

Connection at a Personal Account Level

The integration will be available only to the person who sets up the integration. Only this user will be able to initiate Virtual Events using this integration.
