An Admin or a Manager with the Create Standalone On the Job Training permission can create and manage their Standalone On the Job Trainings.
To manage the On the Job Trainings that you have permission to, hover over Training and then click On the Job Training. You will be able to see the Manage On the Job Training option under the On the Job Trainings that you are a creator of.
Once you click on this option you will be redirected to the On the Job Training manage page.
On this page, you have the option to:
- Edit the Image and Info/Settings of your On the Job Training. You can learn more about the options you have here: How can I create an On the Job Training?
- Edit the Tasks of your On the Job Training. You can learn more here: How can I edit my On the Job Training's tasks?
- Manage your Standalone Training's Students. You can learn more about the options you have here: How can I manage my Standalone On the Job Training's Students?
- Copy On the Job Training to Course. You can learn the process here: How can I copy a Standalone On the Job Training to a Course?
- Delete On the Job Training. By clicking this option, the On the Job Training will be completely removed.
