An Admin or a Manager with the Create Standalone On-the-Job Training permission can create and manage standalone On-the-Job Training courses.
To manage the On-the-Job Trainings you have access to, hover over Training and select On-the-Job Training. From there, you will see the Manage On-the-Job Training option for the trainings you have created.
Once you click on this option you will be redirected to the On the Job Training manage page.
On this page, you have the option to:
- Edit the Image and Info/Settings of your On the Job Training. You can learn more about the options you have here: Creating On the Job Training
- Edit the Tasks of your On the Job Training. You can learn more here: Edit On the Job Training Tasks
- Manage your Standalone Training's Students. You can learn more about the options you have here: Managing Standalone On the Job Training's Students
- Copy On the Job Training to Course. You can learn the process here: Copying a Standalone On the Job Training to a Course
- Delete On the Job Training. By clicking this option, the On the Job Training will be completely removed.
