Can I mark an employee's course, curriculum or lecture as completed?

As an Academy Administrator, Training Manager or Manager with the relevant permission enabled (Complete Training), you are able to mark an individual’s course, curriculum or lecture progress as completed, if needed.

Courses / Curricula

To mark a course or a curriculum as completed for a student, navigate to the Employees Dashboard under Reporting, and click the individual’s name.

Select one of the available tabs depending on the material that you want to mark as completed for the selected user (e.g. Courses).

To mark a single course/curriculum as completed, click the wrench icon within that course/curriculum. Check the box next to Mark as completed, and save: 1.png

 

Lectures

To mark a lecture or lectures as completed for a student, navigate to the Employees Dashboard under Reporting, and click the individual’s name. Search for the Course that contains the lecture in question and click on the graph icon.

To mark a single lecture as complete, click the wrench icon next to that lecture. Check the box next to the Mark as completed field, and save:mark_as_completed_lecture.PNG
