This release enhances the options academies have when it comes Group-related permissions.
- Enable configurable permissions for posting to group feeds
- Add job-level permission to allow posting without group membership
- Add custom role permission to allow posting to group feeds
- Update posting logic to include permission-based access beyond membership
- Expand group notification recipients to include group admins and owners
- Update notification messaging to reflect multiple default recipients
The three enhancements added are the following:
Job permission to allow posting to group feed - "Post to group feed"
- Public groups in a category to which the user has access — The user may post without joining the group.

Private groups — The user may post only if they have already joined the group. The permission does not allow posting to a private group the user has not joined, even when it is in an accessible category.
Custom role permissions to allow posting to group feed - "Register members to groups"
- Public groups (any category) — The user may post without joining the group.

Private groups — The user may post only if they have already joined the group. The permission does not allow posting to a private group the user has not joined.
Allow group admins and group owners to be notified about the following:
- New request to join the group
- New team member joined the group
