Setting Up Terms and Conditions

Your Academy Library (Resources)
Your Library (Resources, see Terminology and Vocabulary Changes) is a place to store and share content. From SCORM lectures to PDF's, from interesting websites to videos; this is where your resources live. You can use categories to organize it, and use those set up permissions on who can view or make changes to it.

Setting Up Certificate Expirations
Publishing and Assigning Courses and Curricula (Learning Paths)
After you have created a course or curricula, you now need to assign it to users. Do you want it visible for everyone, with free enrollment? Do you want to keep it private, and only make it available for people who got assigned the training? This video helps you learn how to publish and assign training. See Assigning Training.
Additional Course Functionality
You can bundle multiple courses together to create a longer lesson plan, also known as a curriculum or learning path (Terminology and Vocabulary Changes).

On-the-Job Training can be used in a myriad of ways, for example, to assign 'homework' to users or check off tasks that must be completed outside the academy. You can create a list of tasks that need to be signed-off on, either by the employee, manager, or both.

Sending Announcements
